WWE heads to the U.K. for the first time since 2003 – and Scotland for the first time ever – when Clash at the Castle comes to Glasgow on June 15. The event takes place at the OVO Hydro.
Several titles are on the line, with two matches featuring Scottish wrestlers. Drew McIntyre challenges Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Title in the main event, with Priest’s Judgement Day faction banned from ringside. McIntyre won the title at WrestleMania, but Priest ended his moment by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract following a CM Punk attack.
The man from Ayr, who just signed a contract extension with the WWE, looks for his third world title reign and revenge.
Meanwhile, Piper Niven, born in Kilbirnie, challenges Bayley for the WWE Women’s Title.
