WWE will produce the first Premium Live Event ever held in France on May 4 when Backlash comes to the LDLC Arena. This will also be the first event post-WWE Draft.
The show will air on Peacock in the U.S. and the WWE Network outside it.
Various titles are on the line on the card. Fresh off beating Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, Cody Rhodes defends the Undisputed WWE Title against AJ Styles. Styles has a history with the Rhodes family dating back to his days in TNA Wrestling. The new, aggressive Styles will look to end Rhodes’ reign before it even begins.
Also on the line will be the World Heavyweight Title. Damian Priest, who just cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to win it at WrestleMania, defends against top contender Jey Uso. “Main Event” Jey looks to become a major player in WWE following his run with The Bloodline.
