This may be the only time you’ll ever see WWE and AEW exchange vows in any way, shape or form, though one can never say never (hi, WCW). In a moment that breaks kayfabe for a worthy cause, WWE superstar Rhea Ripley and AEW superstar Buddy Matthews tied the knot this week in what looked to be a gorgeous ceremony.

Of course, the entire WWE universe immediately began wondering what “Dirty” er … um … “Daddy” … er … um … Dominik Mysterio felt about the situation, considering his torrid on-screen drama involving WWE Women’s Champion Liv Morgan.
Given Ripley is Mami to Mysterio on camera, and leader of The Judgment Day, it was a rightful curiosity.
But, again, moments like this require a breaking of kayfabe, and Dom didn’t hesitate to send his well wishes to the happy couple.
