Wimbledon 2024: Best bets, predictions, odds, who will win men’s and women’s singles titles?

Wimbledon 2024 is upon us, and as such the world’s best tennis players have all arrived in London ahead of the biggest grand slam event on the calendar. Last year’s tournament was one of the most memorable we’ve seen, so anticipate plenty of drama this time around too!

2023 men’s singles title winner Carlos Alcaraz announced himself to the sporting world with a five-set victory over Novak Djokovic in a final for the ages, but there’s been a sea-change in the ATP rankings since and he comes into the tournament as only the third-highest seed, behind Djokovic and world number one Jannik Sinner.

Similarly, last year’s women’s tournament was one of the most surprising in living memory, with unseeded Czechia star Marketa Vondrousova winning it all in one of the biggest upsets in the sport’s history. She’s seeded sixth ahead of the women’s singles competition kicking off for 2024 — will another outsider make as big a statement this year?

Qualifying is already well underway as players gauge to be included in the tournament’s final draw, which will get underway with the first round on Monday, July 1, 2024. Therein follows two weeks of world-class tennis, culminating with the women’s and men’s finals on July 13 and 14 respectively.
