The Russians and Belarusians are back

After being banned last year, Russian and Belarusians will be competing at Wimbledon and it is sure to attract plenty of attention.

Sixteen male or female players in the top 100 missed out in 2022, including the likes of men’s world No 3 Daniil Medvedev and women’s world No 2 Aryna Sabalenka, as a response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
