A member of the British Swimming squad at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Alys Thomas talks about her long-term battle with a wrist injury while competing as an elite swimmer, and how it has forced her to retire from swimming with the Arthritis of a 60-year-old.

We also talk through her advice for others looking to PB and reach their peak in their late 20s, as well as how Swim Wales has helped her transition out of the sport over the last few months!
