The world no.1 only dropped one set on her way to winning the 2023 and 2024 titles at Melbourne Park.

Now, she is targeting a third consecutive Australian Open title – a feat completed by only six others.

Who has won three consecutive Australian Open titles?

Five women and one man have won a hat-trick of Australian Open titles consecutively.

In the Open Era, Margaret Court (1969–1971), Evonne Goolagong (1974–1976), Steffi Graf (1988–1990), Monica Seles (1991–1993) and Martina Hingis (1997–1999) are the only women to have won the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup three times in a row.

In the men’s singles across the Open Era, Novak Djokovic (2011-13, 2019-21) is the only player to in the Norman Brookes Challenge Cup three times in a row – which he has done twice during his 11 title at Melbourne Park.
