Two-time WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces are seeking their third straight league championship. A third consecutive title would put the Aces in rarefied air, joining the Houston Comets as the only franchises to win the WNBA crown three seasons in a row. The Comets, who folded in 2008, won the WNBA championship in 1997, 1998, 1999 and again in 2000, the league’s first four years in existence.
