In the midst of this weekend’s jam-packed sports schedule is the yearly John Thomas Terrier Classic, a collegiate indoor track meet.
Over the course of Friday and Saturday, men and women from indoor track and field programs across the country will head to Boston University to compete in the yearly event.
The women’s half of the event will kick off Friday morning with the women’s long jump, triple jump and the 60m hurdle race— in which only the top 27 attendees in that race will compete. Friday’s festivities will conclude with the women’s 5K.
The men will compete on Saturday, beginning with same events. Saturday’s slate will also conclude with the running of the men’s 5k race.

The 2025 John Thomas Terrier Classic will kick off from the Boston University Track and Tennis Center in Boston, Massachusetts at 10:30 a.m. ET on Friday and will conclude Saturday evening.
