There weren’t too many authentic fight fans losing sleep over the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson fight being postponed last week. However, those same fans are still interested in the rematch between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano that was scheduled to be the co-main event.
As was widely reported, Tyson received medical attention for “an ulcer flare-up” on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles last Sunday. The former heavyweight champ was scheduled to face YouTuber/ pro boxer Paul at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on July 20, but the event was understandably postponed.

Given that Tyson will turn 58 on June 30, it’s fair to say that the Paul fight is unstable in terms of the ex-champ’s participation. This recent health scare is ample proof of that.
So, what happens with Taylor vs. Serrano 2? How long should these pound-for-pound stars wait before securing a date and venue for a fight that matters? Well, the first reports are that the rematch will take place in… wait for it… Germany.
