The 2023/24 UEFA Women’s Champions League has reached the semifinal stage.
Holders Barcelona will face Chelsea in the first of the last-four ties. The Catalans defeated Brann 5-2 on aggregate to set up a contest with the English giants led by Emma Hayes, the future coach of the US women’s national team.
The other semifinal sees an all-French encounter between Lyon, the record eight-time champions of Europe, and Paris Saint-Germain, who have twice been beaten finalists.
The ties take place over two legs in April, with the winners to meet in the final at the end of May. That game will be played in Spain a week before the men’s UEFA Champions League final is held at Wembley Stadium in London, UK.
The Sporting News looks at the schedule for the semifinals and the scheduled kickoff times for the first and second legs.
