On the heels of Menswear Paris Fashion Week, the Spring 2024 season of Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week is upon us and the momentum is at boiling point. Running January 22-25, the official calendar released by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode is crammed packed full of spectacular showcases which are guaranteed to impress and fulfill our fashion fantasies to no end (at least here’s to hoping).
Daniel Roseberry at Schiaparelli will open up the fashion festivities come Monday, with Maria Grazia Chiuri at Christian Dior unveiling her last offering for the fabled French fashion house mid-afternoon while Giambattista Valli is set to round out day one. Day Two will open with Virginie Viard’s 10th couture collection for Chanel, with Tuesday also bestowing upon us shows from the master of elegance: Giorgio Armani. Perhaps everyone’s attention Wednesday will be fixated upon Jean Paul Gaultier, whose next couture guest designer was announced as Simone Rocha back in September. The final day (Thursday, January 25) will allow us to bare witness to Kim Jones serving up his latest Fendi couture installment while John Galliano’s Maison Margiela spectacle rounds out the schedule.
