From Caitlin Clark to Kamilla Cardoso, from Cameron Brink to Angel Reese, the 2024 WNBA Draft pool is shaping up to be one of the most talented groups of college standouts to ever enter the league. That’s why fan interest in the draft has never been higher.
For the first time in nearly a decade, tickets were made available to approximately 1,000 fans to attend the event. Those tickets sold out the same day that they were released in early March. The draft is set to take place at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) in Brooklyn, N.Y., after previously being held in Manhattan, N.Y.
The 2024 WNBA season will kick off a month after the draft on Tuesday, May 14. Twenty-five WNBA games will air nationally across ESPN platforms throughout the season, and the Indiana Fever, who are expected to select Clark with the No. 1 pick, will play 36 of their 40 regular season games on national TV.
