At 16-7, the Blue Devils own a strong record this season. Their 8-4 ACC record puts them in sixth place in the conference, too. They are 12-2 at home, but 4-5 on the road this season.

In their last matchup, the Blue Devils trampled the Hokies at home, 63-46. Richardson posted 22 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the field. Ashlon Jackson finished with 13 points, too.
