Oklahoma is ready to defend its national title at the 2024 women’s NCAA gymnastics championships this week, eyeing a third crown in a row.

The Sooners had the highest regional final score out of the eight remaining competitors, with Florida, California and LSU close behind. Arkansas, Stanford, Utah and Alabama will also compete for the title in Fort Worth, Texas.

LSU’s Haleigh Bryant and California’s Mya Lauzon are the favorites on vault, and Oklahoma’s Audrey Davis and Jordan Bowers are poised to lead the way on bars. Oklahoma’s Ragan Smith and Utah’s Maile O’Keefe are gymnasts to look out for on beam, and Olympic hopeful Jade Carey from Oregon State and Kentucky’s Raena Worley are looking to shine on floor in the individual competition.

There are four individuals (two in each session) scheduled to compete in the all-around competition, meaning they will take part in all four disciplines. Those women are Carey (Oregon State), Lily Smith (Georgia), Gabby Wilson (Michigan), and Skylar Killough-Wilhelm (Washington).
