The Sooners Bahl-ed out on Wednesday night.

The Sooners are on the precipice of their third consecutive national championship, and they made a statement in their first game of the rematch of the 2021 finals vs. FSU. Pitcher Jordy Bahl blanked the Seminoles with a dazzling complete game, two-hit, 10-strikeout performance as Oklahoma’s bats put up five runs in the matchup.
It’s just the second time that FSU has been shut out in 2023, with the last effort coming in their regional round loss to South Carolina. Needless to say, the bats going cold on the biggest stage could spell disaster for FSU.
