Stanford stumbled against USC on Jan. 15 but seemed to get back in the groove with a string of wins over conference foes including Utah, Oregon State and Oregon. The Cardinal outperformed the Huskies in field goal shooting (48 percent to Washington’s 43.1 percent), 3-pointers (43.8 percent to 30 percent) and free throws (92.3 percent to 76.2 percent) but came up short after allowing Washington to score 30 points in the second quarter Sunday.
