The five-time Wimbledon champion, who established EleVen back in 2007, has notified retailers via email of her decision to temporarily halt the brand’s operations. The American tennis legend aims to utilize this pause to refine the label, ultimately intending to reintroduce it with an enriched “overall brand experience.”

“This decision wasn’t easy, but it’s a crucial step towards ensuring that we come back stronger and better than ever,” explained Williams, who graduated with an associate degree in fashion design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2007.
