Nick Kyrgios must have obviously enjoyed arguing against Jannik Sinner and his team, given that Darren Cahill – coach of the young Italian – has become (against his will) the latest target of the 29-year-old from Canberra.
Cahill has been named Coaching Excellence by Tennis Australia for the valuable work done this year with ATP No.1. The Australian coach is a key figure for the 2-time Slam champion and his contribution has proved to be fundamental in the growth path that has seen him reach the top of the ATP ranking.
Nick, who has often attacked Jannik on social media after he tested positive for Clostebol and for the way the case was handled by the International Tennis Integrity Agency, has recently expressed negativity also regarding Iga Swiatek’s doping matter and Andy Roddick’s special cream.
Kyrgios commented on the post published by Tennis Australia on X launching a clear attack on Sinner and his coach.
“It’s a joke, right? It takes classy and honest people,” wrote the Canberra native also adding the laughter emoji.
