Allisen Corpuz finished 9 under par to win the 78th U.S. Women’s Open at the Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, Calif., on Sunday. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Corpuz, 25, shot 3 under in the final round to clinch the first LGPA win of her career.
  • Charley Hull and Jiyai Shin tied for second while Nasa Hataoka and Bailey Tardy finished fourth.
  • Rose Zhang, who entered as the favorite after winning her pro debut at the Mizuho Americas Open in June, tied with Maja Stark for ninth place.
