Date:

Ever imagined a swimming pool in place of a football field? Now you don’t have to.

For the first time ever, the U.S. Olympic Swim team trials will be staged on the 100 yards. Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis was tapped with the challenge 100 years after hosting the trials for Paris’s last Games.

The U.S. is the favorite to take home the most titles after winning 11 gold medals, 30 total, at the Tokyo Games. With Katie Ledecky on your team, how could you not? The greatest female swimmer of all time has no plans on slowing down despite going for her fourth Olympics. In fact, she’s shooting for competing at the 2028 Games in Los Angeles.

Before heading overseas to Paris, the top swimmers on the country must qualify at the team trials. There, Ledecky, Caeleb Dressel, Lilly King and more will compete for a roster spot.

That means there’s a chance to see some of the best swimmers in the world compete in Indianapolis in June. For those interested in seeing the team trials up close, here’s everything to know about the best tickets to the competition.
