As we head into spring shortly, the women’s soccer calendar will only get busier. The NWSL is back soon, which means it’ll overlap with the end of the Barclays FA WSL, A-League, and all the other European leagues in action. With so many matches ongoing, there are a lot of great goals to keep track of. That’s exactly what we’re here for. So, it’s time for another edition of Top 5 Goals from the FA Continental Cup, Barclays FA WSL, Serie A Femminile, and Liberty A-League.

 

5. Sam Kerr – Chelsea

Sam Kerr is a gamer; she always shows up in the biggest games. The Continental Cup final against Arsenal would be no different.

Guro Reiten put in a teasing ball, begging to be hit, and Sam Kerr attacked it in the air with everything she had.

Naturally, Kerr headed it home emphatically to give Chelsea a dream start to the final. But, unfortunately, Chelsea would still come up short against Arsenal.
