On a recent episode of PicklePod, Zane, Thomas, and Matty Pickles discussed which players get pickled the most and who dishes out the most pickles on the pro tour.
After watching the episode, I knew just where to go for more data—Andrew at PickleWave came through in a big way. He created a “Pickles in 2024” data site, giving us all the year’s pickling stats.
In those stats (the full leaderboard is at the end of this article), we discovered that there have been 490 (🤯) pickles this year on the pro tours.
And – a little teaser – one player has been responsible for dishing out almost 9 percent of those…
Note: This data covers all main draw results from the PPA and APP Tours in 2024 (including 9th place playoffs for the APP Tour). Withdrawals, forfeitures, and retirements are excluded.
