The regular season for most schools around the country has concluded, and while it’s early, standout freshmen have made their mark in NCAA indoor track and field. Here are some of the best performances from collegiate rookies — so far — this year.
Temitope Adeshina | Texas Tech | High jump
Adeshina cleared the third-highest height in the high jump of any woman in NCAA history, clearing 1.96 meters at the Corky Classic.

Tito Alofe | Harvard | High jump
Alofe continues to rewrite the Harvard high jump record books, most recently clearing 2.22 meters at the Riverhawk Invitational. Alofe’s mark is the third-highest jump in the NCAA this season.
