Best Commitment to the Bit
Move over, Gymnasties! Several Kentucky gymnasts’ fathers donned inflatable T-Rex costumes to cheer on their daughters during floor warm-ups prior to the team’s meet against Eastern Michigan. Kentucky dads go hard.
Legacy Gym Slam
LSU sophomore Aleah Finnegan earned a perfect 10 on vault, completing the Gym Slam started by her older sister Sarah, who graduated in 2019. The elder Finnegan competed a Yurchenko full and so was capped at a perfect 9.950 (which she scored her senior season).
Truest Fan
ESPN reporter Holly Rowe and noted gymnastics fan is in Auburn for tomorrow’s basketball College Game Day. But on her night off before her busy work day, she chose to soak in some great gymnastics by taking LSU at Auburn from the front row alongside the gymnasties. We love having Rowe as a part of the gymternet!
