Tennis player Aryna Sabalenka recently took to Instagram to wish her boyfriend, Konstantin Koltsov, a happy birthday. The 24-year-old Belarusian WTA star shared a series of clips and photos of the couple, along with a sweet caption expressing her love and appreciation for Koltsov.
In her birthday message to Koltsov, the reigning Australian Open champion Sabalenka called him her “dearest person, my best friend, and my strongest support.” Sabalenka also wished her 42-year-old boyfriend “peace of mind” with her and “strength, patience, and health.” She expressed her hope that they would have everything they planned and ended the message with “I love you.” In response to his girlfriend’s birthday message, Koltsov left a comment saying, “love you madly” along with a bunch of red heart emojis.
Sabalenka and Koltsov made their relationship public almost two years ago. Koltsov is a former professional ice hockey player who twice represented Belarus in the Winter Olympics. He is from Minsk, just as Sabalenka.
Before her relationship with Koltsov, in November 2019, Sabalenka announced engagement to a man whose identity she kept a secret but she revealed that he was not from Belarus and was not Dmitry Tursunov, her coach at the time.
