For the first time in program history, Tampa clinched the 2024 DII women’s lacrosse national championship title after taking down Adelphi 13-8. The Spartans finished their very first national championship-winning season with an overall 19-3 record and an 11-game win streak.
The 2024 NCAA DII women’s lacrosse championship began with a selection show on Sunday, May 12. Action started on Thursday, May 16 and continued through the national championship at Showalter Stadium in Winter Park, Florida on Saturday, May 25.
