Iga Swiatek apologized to the hotel that hosted her stay in Paris during Roland Garros for eating all the croissants. “@hotel_square_paris, sorry I ate all the croissants and there was nothing left for other guests. I had the best time, thank you,” Swiatek captioned an Instagram picture with croissants.
Here are some of the reactions from Swiatek’s followers:
- “Eating croissants off court and serving bagels on court!
Iga’s bakery.”
- “The champion can eat all the croissants she wants”
- “You ate it all like you ate most of the grand slams.”
- “Croissant over tiramisu indeed.”
How did the hotel react after Swiatek’s French Open win
The hotel was honored of hosting Swiatek.
They took photos with her and posted a congratulatory message on Instagram. “Her exceptional way of playing and impeccable determination have captivated the whole world. We are proud to have had the honor of hosting @iga.swiatek in our hotel during this legendary tournament,” the hotel wrote.
Hotel Square from Paris is a luxury 5-star hotel situated opposite the Eiffel Tower. The hotel also has a fitness center, which was probably convenient for the Polish superstar.
