Stefanos Tsitsipas, Jannik Sinner, and the day 3 Highlights

Stefanos Tsitsipas gets a convincing win in his first match at the ATP 500 in Barcelona. The Greek tennis player, looking for redemption after a negative start to the season, eliminated the Argentine Pedro Cachin in just over an hour.

He made no mistake in his debut Jannik Sinner who beat Diego Schwartzman in straight sets: 6-2, 6-4 was the final result. The two had already met in Monte-Carlo, again in the Italian’s first match in the tournament, but the outcome was decided by the Argentine’s withdrawal after losing the first set and the first games.

Convincing victories by Grigor Dimitrov and Denis Shapovalov: 6-3, 6-1 for the Bulgarian against Gomez; for the Canadian a 6-4, 6-3 against Kovalik.
