Theformer Serena Williams coach Rick Macci spoke in an interview for Sportkeeda and explained how Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are ready to take on the heavy legacy of the Bigs.
According to Macci – who shared an incredible prediction – the Spaniard and the Italian will have the chance to win at least 10 Slams in their careers.
“Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are now at the top, we are talking about important numbers and I believe that both will reach double figures in terms of winning Grand Slam titles.
The sky is the limit for these guys and I believe they will grow by pushing each other, as happened with the Big Three. Competition makes you better, obviously there will be other athletes but they will dominate in the tennis world for a really long time,” he told.
Alcaraz is currently recovering from an injury while Sinner is fresh from the semi-final in Monte Carlo and is working hard to improve on clay.
