Recruiting Roundup: November 22 – College Gym News

The class of 2025 started making it official last week following the opening of the signing period on November 13. You can track your favorite teams and their recruit’s status on our signing day tracker. Ly Bui, the final remaining uncommitted five-star in the class, surprised everyone by announcing her commitment and signing with Florida on the same day, boosting the Gators to the No. 3 signing class over LSU, which dropped to No. 4. 

Tabitha Kelly competed at the Central American Gymnastics Championships for Panama. The team placed third and Kelly qualified for the individual finals. While she was able to compete, a bout of food poisoning affected her competition.

Tonya Paulsson (California, ’25) has announced her nationality switch for international competition from Sweden to Taiwan, her mother’s home country. Paulsson cited a “loss of trust in the leadership style of the Swedish national team” as the reason for the change. 

Commitment Changes

  • Class of 2025 three-star recruit Daisy Bowles has signed to Iowa on a full ride. She was previously verbally committed to Washington.



  • Addisyn Doan, who previously committed to New Hampshire, will join the team at Texas Woman’s in the class of 2025.
