Lindenwood to Cut Gymnastics team
Lindenwood athletics announced this month that the gymnastics program would be cut after the 2024 season. Aine Reade has become the first athlete to commit to another program with her announcement of a scholarship to New Hampshire. First Welsh, Belgian, and Israeli gymnasts to compete in the NCAA
Welsh athlete and member of the Great British squad, Poppy Stickler, announced her surprise commitment to Utah in the class of 2024. Stickler is the 2023 Welsh all-around champion and placed fourth all around at the 2023 British Championships, where she also secured the silver medal on floor. She was the alternate for the 2022 and 2023 British World Championship team. Stickler becomes the third British squad member in recent years to sign to the Red Rocks.
Belgium’s Aberdeen O’Driscoll, who has an all-around high score of 48.850, has signed to Georgia, joining their class of 2024. She won the gold medal on floor and vault at the 2022…
