Rafael Nadal has just congratulated “amazing” Iga Swiatek on winning her third French Open title. Swiatek, 22, defeated Karolina Muchova 6-2 5-7 6-4 in the final to defend her French Open title. Swiatek, who also became a Grand Slam champion at the 2020 French Open, now has three titles at Roland Garros.
Swiatek grew up watching and idolizing Nadal, who is a record 14-time French Open champion. “Congrats Iga Swiatek. You are amazing!!” Nadal captioned his Instagram Story.

Swiatek, who turned 22 on May 31st, already has three French Open titles in her collection.
