Rae Burrell is the latest WNBA star to join Unrivaled.
Making the announcement via Instagram, the 6-2 guard/forward and 9th overall pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft by the Los Angeles Sparks is bringing her tenacity, passion and scoring ability to the league’s highly-anticipated 2025 inaugural season. Having gone up against the best of the best teams, such as the Las Vegas Aces, the Phoenix Mercury, Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky, to name a few, the announcement follows a successful 2024 season that saw her signing a multi-year contract with the Sparks.
Unsurprisingly, Burrell is turning out to be one of the most important and active players on the Sparks roster in terms of valuable minutes, points and important plays, which makes her addition to Unrivaled an exciting one. While we are still gradually learning about the league, here are some already confirmed details to look forward to.
