UK Foodbank charity The Trussell Trust is once again organising its Race Against Hunger. This event is a virtual 5K which aims to raise money for the charity’s important work.
You can run, jog, or walk and do it at a time that suits you – if you’ve never taken on a 5K before then here are our 5K training plans.
You can even mix up the distance and go for a 10k or Half Marathon if you prefer. As Race Against Hunger is a virtual event, you can take part alongside your friends, family, or colleagues wherever you live.
