The world’s best lacrosse players take centerstage at the 2025 Championship Series this week.
The top four teams from the 2024 Premier Lacrosse League and four teams in the new Women’s Lacrosse League will compete in separate round-robin tournaments, making for a total of 16 games across just seven days.
Teams will compete in a six-on-six, Olympic-style game format, emphasizing fast-paced, engaging play — a sneak peak of what we will see at the 2028 Olympics.
Matches will be played at The St. James in Springfield, Virginia, with the PLL’s Maryland Whipsnakes serving as the tournament’s host.
