World No.31 Paula Badosa took some time out of her busy training schedule ahead of the 2023 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix to visit the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, where she got a chance to see some of the iconic sports cars that the tournament’s title sponsor is known for.
Badosa was clearly impressed with what she saw at the museum, as she later took to Instagram to share some of her favorite photos from the visit.
Of course, visiting the Porsche Museum wasn’t the only thing on Badosa’s agenda during her time in Stuttgart. The 25-year-old has been hard at work on the practice courts, preparing for what promises to be a tough tournament. Her first-round opponent will be seventh seed Daria Kasatkina, who leads their head-to-head 2-1, with all three of their contested meetings coming last year.
The Spanish player has good memories from the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, as she reached the tournament semifinals in 2022 and as a result secured rise to her career-high ranking of No.2.
Badosa’s positive attitude and hard work ethic bode well for her chances at the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, and we can’t wait to see what she has in store for us on the court.
