The Spaniard was unable to compete at the Roland Garros 2023 due to a stress fracture in her spine. Through a story on Instagram, the Iberian underlined: “Hello everyone, I’ll tell you now how my rehabilitation is going. It’s slowly getting better, no more braces and I’m starting to do some pool workouts as you’ve been able to see in the past few days.” She then added: “I am having daily care for hours and I will do my best to try and get to Wimbledon in minimal conditions.
