Paul Konchesky has left his role as manager of West Ham United’s women’s team, the club have confirmed.
West Ham ended their 2022-23 Women’s Super League campaign with a 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
The result saw the club finish the season eighth in the table.
Former Hammers player Konchesky, who took over in May 2022, oversaw 29 matches in all competitions, including a run to the League Cup semi-finals where they lost to Chelsea.
Konchesky said: “I am proud and honoured to have had the opportunity to manage this club.

“My players and my staff have always given me 100 per cent and while some of our results have been disappointing this season, we still have a lot to be proud of, including reaching the semi-final of the Conti Cup.
“I wish the club well for the future.”
The club’s women’s general manager, Aidan Boxall, added: “We would like to thank Paul for his contribution to the club, both as manager and during his spell as assistant manager.
“He has played a key role in the ongoing development of the women’s team and we wish him well for the future.”
