The Fall 2025 season of Paris Fashion Week has been in full swing and full of highly-anticipated directional debuts since day one. Running from Monday, March 3 until Tuesday, March 11 – perhaps the best of The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s jam-packed schedule is yet to come.
PFW started off with one almighty bang, as Maria Grazia Chiuri unveiled her latest for Christian Dior. The designer sought inspiration from the gender-crossing character of Orlando from Virginia Woolf’s eponymous novel. Alaïa’s Pieter Mulier made a triumphant return to the Paris Fashion Week calendar this season, while Julian Klausner finally made his womenswear debut as Dries Van Noten creative director.
Eighties silhouettes, embroidered over-the-knee boots, and zebra print reigned supreme at Balmain. Haider Ackermann staged his first collection as Tom Ford creative director – receiving a standing ovation from Mr. Ford himself (as well as our very own forum members). At Chloé, Chemena Kamali continued to double down on her Bohemian vision for the legendary French fashion house. Julien Dossena’s Rabanne showcase brought some serious razzle dazzle to Paris Fashion Week.
Dramatic collars, strong shoulder pads, and killer heels were on full display at Rick Owens….
