Northwestern, the defending champs, are looking to be the first repeat champion since Maryland in 2014 and 2015, while Florida hunts for its first national championship appearance in program history.
Both teams enter Friday’s game with just two losses. Northwestern hasn’t lost since March 22 against Penn State, while Florida enters on a 20-game winning streak after losing its first two games of the season.
