Naomi Osaka’s bio reveals a controversial episode about Serena Williams

The Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka came back on the court after motherhood and the birth of little Shai, playing a good tournament at the Brisbane International 2024, being eliminated by Karolina Pliskova, but showing a good level of form.

Which bodes well for the continuation of her tennis season. But, regarding the Japanese, the topic that surrounds her is the long-awaited biography written by Ben Rothenberg. In the new bio, the journalist talked about what happened after the 2018 US Open final, won by Naomi against the American tennis legend Serena Williams.

Osaka won that final with a score of 6-2 6-4, in just 79 minutes of play. During the match, Serena incurred a point penalty after receiving a violation for talking to coach and breaking a racket.
