Elisabetta Cocciaretto won the first title of her career at the WTA 250 tournament in Lausanne by beating Clara Burel in the final with a score of 7-5, 4-6, 6-4. The path that has allowed her to crown her great dream is made of sacrifices and commitment.The Italian has never stopped working and believing in herself. Fausto Scolari, her historic coach, is fundamental in her growth path.

Scolari, over time, has learned to understand every state of mind of her player by building a special relationship.Cocciaretto dedicated a significant message to her coach during the final award ceremony.

The Italian explained: “First of all I want to congratulate Clara for this amazing week.

I thank all the organizers: you did a great job and thanks to you I felt at home. Thank you to everyone who came today and they have never failed to support me.Thanks to the Italian Tennis Federation and to my physiotherapist, who helped me a lot during this intense week.
