Miki Sudo remains on top of the hot dog eating world, and she broke her own world record in the process.
The reigning champion won her 10th Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest at the 2024 event, slamming 51 hot dogs in 10 minutes. Sudo beat her own previous record of 48.5 hot dogs set in 2020. She downed 39.5 hot dogs in last year’s contest.
Sudo has won all 10 Nathan’s contests in which she has competed and all but one since her 2014 debut. She skipped the 2021 contest due to pregnancy.
