Angel Reese’s profile has skyrocketed since LSU basketball won the NCAA Tournament in April. Her latest coup: A music video cameo for the latest track from rappers Latto and Cardi B.
Latto’s “Put It On Da Floor Again” remix also includes a shoutout for the national champion Tigers, who defeated Iowa 102-85 in the title game in Dallas.
“I been balling so damn hard, coulda went to LSU,” Cardi raps during her verse.
The music video comes just a week after Reese and LSU celebrated their first national championship in program history with a trip to the White House. Reese has been making the most of her national recognition, with a modeling debut in Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition and a feature in a soda commercial alongside NBA players Karl-Anthony Towns and Zion Williamson.
