On, renowned for their running shoes, made a significant entry into the tennis world in March 2023 by signing top-ranked WTA player Iga Swiatek. Now, over a year later, the Swiss company has expanded its presence on the professional women’s tennis circuit by welcoming Julia Stusek of Germany as their second WTA representative.
Playing American Peyton Stearns in the first round of the Bad Homburg Open, lucky loser Julia Stusek rocked an ombre tank top and a pleated white skirt carrying the On logo. Despite her valiant effort, the 15-year-old Stusek fell 6-2 7-5. Her appearance in the tank top sported by Swiatek at the French Open excited tennis fashion enthusiasts. It’s always encouraging to see emerging brands backing young talents and expanding their influence.
Stusek, formerly promoting Head apparel, joined the On family in May 2024. The German shared her excitement on Instagram, stating: “Couldn’t be more thrilled to become a part of the On team. Extremely excited to represent this unique, young and creative brand on and off the tennis court.” On responded in the comments: “Welcome to the team, Julia! Let‘s reach new heights together.”
