USC superstar sophomore JuJu Watkins was forced to exit the Trojans’ second-round game early with an apparent injury.
The injury occurred midway through the first quarter of USC’s matchup with Mississippi State. As Watkins led the break in transition, her right leg appeared to buckle when a Mississippi State defender attempted to make a play. Watkins fell to the floor and looked to be in serious pain.
