Jelena Ostapenko delivered another stunning rant as this time the Latvian seemingly warned chair umpire Marija Cicak she would do everything in her power not to have her again officiating her match. During the second set of her Rome round-of-16 meeting against Daria Kasatkina, Ostapenko started complaining when she felt one of Kasatkina’s balls went out.
However, the line judge and chair umpire didn’t agree with Ostapenko. “Jelena, come here. Look at it, the ball is in,” Cicak said as she was pointing to the ball mark. Ostapenko wasn’t really believing Cicak as the Latvian responded: “You will never, ever be at my match again.”
