Jelena Ostapenko seemingly got pretty annoyed with Ons Jabeur’s husband Karim Kamoun’s loud cheering as she let him hear it after winning a game in the second set.
Jabeur, seeded at No. 8, came out firing against ninth-seeded Ostapenko, winning the opener without a single game lost.
After getting bageled in the first set, Ostapenko also lost her serve in the opening game of the second set. Down by a set and a break, Ostapenko managed to get the break back in the second game and then also held to her next service games to open a 3-2 second-set lead.
Moments after sealing the fifth game, Ostapenko turned to Kamoun and Jabeur’s box with a strong reaction.
