Jackson Mahomes has been arrested and charged with sexual battery and booked into the Johnson County Detention Center in connection with an incident from February.
KCTV 5 in Kansas City reported Mahomes, a social media influencer and the younger brother of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, had been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and a fourth count of battery. He is being held on $100,000 bond.
Mahomes has often been the subject of controversy. He was shown in video pouring water on Ravens fans in September 2021 after a Chiefs’ loss to Baltimore. He also criticized a Kansas City bar on social media and later was seen on video berating a bartender.

Mahomes was arrested on a warrant around 7 a.m. local time on May 3 and booked into jail at 7:42 a.m., according to online records. He was being held on $100,000 bond and his arraignment was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. local time.
